Most plans run for 30 minutes in total.
20 minutes of light: 10 minutes front + 10 minutes back for a dual‑sided, whole‑body treatment.
In addition to this you will spend a total of 10 minutes on the vibration plate.
For targeted concerns (e.g., face, a single joint, or a small wound), we may treat one side/area for 10 minutes.
For general wellness and maintenance, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week with at least one day between sessions to support the body's detoxification process.
Some people feel better after 1–2 sessions, especially with pain. For long-term results like skin and body changes, we recommend 6–12 sessions.
Yes! Red light therapy has been used safely for decades. It doesn’t use UV rays and has no known serious side effects.
Red light therapy is very safe for most people, but there are a few exceptions. You should avoid or speak with your doctor first if you:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have a history of or active cancer or tumors
Take medications that cause light sensitivity / photosensitivity (like some antibiotics or acne meds)
Have a severe eye condition and are not using proper protection
Have had recent organ transplants or photo-sensitive autoimmune diseases
We assess this through a client intake form before starting any treatment.
If you have any open wounds, have an implanted device, recent surgery, acute hernia, or balance issues, we’ll adapt or skip WBV. Please flag any concerns on your intake form.
You can keep undergarments or loose clothing on—just expose the area you want to treat for best results.
Nope. Just drink water and go about your day! There’s no recovery time needed. Avoid heavy meals right after if inch loss is your goal.
